Meet our founder
Marciel Whitehurst
Founder & Principal Consultant · U.S. Army Veteran
Marciel brings military leadership, federal workforce education, federal healthcare program administration, higher education, and nonprofit governance experience to leadership development.
His work spans training administration and public health compliance in the U.S. Army, leadership advising and readiness support, workforce education with the Fleet and Family Support Center, and program administration and compliance in the VA North Texas Health Care System.
Across public universities and national professional associations, he has led career development, curriculum design, stakeholder partnerships, budgets, and remote teams. He also chairs a nonprofit governing board focused on organizational accountability and leadership development.
His preparation includes a BBA, graduate education, 2,000+ hours of supervised clinical care and leadership development training, TalentSmartEQ emotional intelligence trainer preparation, human resources training, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training.
