A Catalyst 90 Leadership Development program
Build trust. Protect the brand.
Own the standard. Execute under pressure.
A two-day ethical leadership intensive for elite high school seniors and college athletes navigating name, image, and likeness (NIL), team leadership, public visibility, and professional transition.
C.A.R.E. becomes an observable leadership standard when athletes practice telling the truth, listening before defending, and giving direct feedback with dignity. The sprint gives coaches a shared language to reinforce when pressure tests relationships and team culture.
NIL decisions connect an athlete’s public identity with the institution’s reputation. Athletes practice verifying facts, recognizing when qualified guidance is needed, and communicating concerns early. They leave with tools for owning mistakes, tracking commitments, and carrying learning into the next 90 days.
